Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Quantum Labs Canada does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
